Below is a breakdown of the annual operating expenses for the Brown House.
Donations are our only source of funding for Operating Expenses.

Insurance – $4, 000

Utilities – $1,500

Office/Printing/Postage – $800

Lawn Care – $600

Security System – $600

Building Maintenance – $1500

Contingency Fund – $1000

Total annual operating expenses: $10,000

Also, Grants for rehabilitation often require that we raise matching funds from the community.
