Two large parlor rooms, dining room, updated kitchen, water closet/washroom, outside porches, and beautiful grounds.

The kitchen facilities include a microwave, an electric range/oven, sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, counter space with wall outlets, and a small mobile island. The upstairs is unavailable.

Our Rental Process

We aim to make the rental process simple and welcoming.

Step 1 — Schedule a Tour

Meet with us to tour the property, discuss your event, and receive an estimated rental cost.

Step 2 — Reserve Your Date

To secure your reservation, we require:

  • A signed rental agreement, located HERE

  • A refundable security deposit

  • One-half of the estimated rental cost due 30 days before the event

  • Final payment due 14 days prior to the event

Step 3 — Plan Your Event

We can assist with setup planning or allow you and your vendors to arrange the space independently.

Step 4 — Enjoy Your Event

An SHF representative will be available during your rental period to assist with questions and help ensure a successful event.

Parking & Accessibility

Parking is available along High Street adjacent to the property, with additional overflow parking nearby.

Because the Brown House is a historic property, certain areas may have limited accessibility. Please contact us with any accessibility questions or specific event needs.
